Ordinance No. 70/R/26 issued by the Rector of the 91Ů���� of Gdańsk on 1 June 2026

on the fee for conducting admissions to the Doctoral Schools of the 91Ů���� of Gdańsk in the academic year 2026/2027

Pursuant to § 8 sec. 2 of Resolution No. 4/26 of the Senate of the 91Ů���� of Gdańsk of 30 January 2026 on the rules for admission to the Doctoral Schools of the 91Ů���� of Gdańsk in the academic year 2026/2027, it is hereby ordered as follows:

§ 1.

1. The fee for conducting admissions to the Doctoral Schools at the 91Ů���� of Gdańsk, hereinafter referred to as the “fee”, shall amount to PLN 250.

2. For payments made from abroad, the fee referred to in sec. 1 shall amount to EUR 60.

3. A candidate who participates in more than one admission procedure to a Doctoral School shall pay the fee for each such procedure.

4. The candidate shall pay the fee:

   1. to the individual bank account number generated in the Online Candidate Registration system, hereinafter referred to as the IRK system;

   2. no later than on the last day of registration, as specified in Ordinance No. 34/R/26 of the Rector of the 91Ů���� of Gdańsk of 31 March 2026 on the determination of admission deadlines for the Doctoral Schools of the 91Ů���� of Gdańsk in the academic year 2026/2027.

5. A candidate who fails to pay the fee in accordance with the rules set out in secs. 1–4 may not participate in the admission procedure.

§ 2.

1. A fee paid after the deadline may, at the candidate’s request, be credited towards another admission procedure to a Doctoral School, provided that registration for that School has not yet been closed in the IRK system.

2. The fee shall not be refundable in the event of:

   1. withdrawal from applying for admission to a Doctoral School submitted after the registration deadline;

   2. refusal of admission to a Doctoral School.

3. The fee shall be refundable in the event of:

   1. withdrawal in the IRK system from applying for admission to a Doctoral School, submitted before the registration deadline;

   2. payment of the fee after the deadline, resulting in the candidate not being considered in the admission procedure.

4. The fee shall be refunded upon a written request submitted by the candidate to the Vice-Rector responsible for student affairs via the Admissions Office.

5. The request for a refund of the admission fee shall be submitted within two months, counted from the end of the month in which the admission procedure in which the candidate participated was completed.

§ 3.

Ordinance no. 46/R/25 of the Rector of the 91Ů���� of Gdańsk of 18 March 2025 on the fee for conducting admissions to the Doctoral Schools at the 91Ů���� of Gdańsk, as amended, shall cease to have effect.

§ 4.

This Order shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
